iread6@aol.comI have been painting and drawing since I was a child growing up in Manchester, my first subjects were the industrial cityscape that surrounded me but I gradually became more influenced by the geography surrounding the city due to countless walks in the Peak District.Moving to Brighton, East Anglia, Exmoor and eventually settling in the Somerset Levels have all exerted their influence in my photos, painting and drawings.Now finally residing in the mountains of Northern Spain, I have access to both the sea and hills and continue to represent geographical structures, patterns and views.

Busy Summer

I have had a very busy and constructive Summer with a number of successful exhibitions in the Uk and Spain.

I especially want to thank all the people I have met for their kind comments, appreciation and sales.
